About Us

Wow!! I cannot believe it's been 23 years that I have been practicing chiropractic all of which have been on Maple Street in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. When I first became a chiropractor my children were not born. Now my daughter, Lauren, is a junior in college and my son, RJ, is senior at East Longmeadow High School. My wife Anne is a dental assistant.

I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa when I was 38 years old. Before becoming a chiropractor I taught elementary physical education in the Chicopee Public Schools for 12 years. I coached soccer and baseball at Chicopee High School and I also volunteered with the Special Olympics.

I discovered chiropractic care like most people because of spinal pain-specifically low back pain.

I suffered with back pain occasionally while growing up playing baseball and soccer in high school and in college. In 1981 I bent over to pick up something and the low back pain didn’t go away.

I went the traditional medical route and had no success. I was told “you have something wrong with your back but there is nothing we can do”. Because of this, and as a last resort, I went to a neighborhood chiropractor Dr. James Reece in Chicopee Falls.

That’s when I discovered the tremendous benefit of chiropractic care. My spinal pain/low back pain improved immediately after my first treatment and continued to improve after several more treatments. I now have regular chiropractic treatment.

Because of this I resigned my job as an elementary physical education teacher/coach and enrolled in Palmer College of Chiropractic. I have never regretted this decision. I have enjoyed the last 20 plus years providing chiropractic care to needy patients to help alleviate their pain.

Don’t hesitate to call our office because of your pain. I would love to sit down with you to discuss your problem and help you with your pain. Our consultations are free. If after we discuss your problem area of pain you decide chiropractic is still not for you, you may leave without any charge to you.
